RAFT Botanical Cocktail + Soda Syrup

The refreshing delight of an elegantly crafted beverage reigns superior as one of my most favorite things. I love inventive flavors, intense floral notes, and am such a sucker for crazy cool packaging. Whoever said “don’t judge a book by its cover,” can often be . . .well . . . wrong!

Hailing from Portland, Oregon, the inside out awesome, RAFT Botanical Cocktail + Soda Syrup comes in three yummy flavors: Lemon GingerHibiscus Lavender, and Smoked Tea Vanilla. Each distinct and delicious, they are created using real botanicals, and a sure fire way to jazz up your otherwise drab drink. Marrying their complementary passions and longstanding childhood remedies,  founders Sook Goh and Roslynn Tellvik are on a serious mission to re-create your cocktail and spruce up your seltzer!

A little goes a long way so why not grab all three. I spy a dinner party secret weapon in our midst. Here are a few of their awesome recipes to get you started!

SUNNY & SMOKY: SMOKED TEA VANILLA RAFT
(one 8 oz. serving)

  • 1.5 oz. light rum (we used Pacific Rum)
  • 1/2 oz. RAFT smoked tea vanilla
  • 1 oz. fresh Navel orange juice
  • (optional) 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz. sparkling water
  • ice


PINK PANTHER: HIBISCUS LAVENDER RAFT
(one 9 oz. serving)

  • 1.5 oz. gin/vodka/tequila
  • 1/2 oz. RAFT Hibiscus Lavender
  • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz. sparkling water
  • ice


ROSEMARY GINGER WHISKEY SOUR: LEMON GINGER RAFT
(one 5 oz. serving)

  • 1.5 oz. whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. RAFT Lemon Ginger
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 7-8 rosemary leaves
  • ice
  • 1 spring of rosemary for garnish (optional)
